We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We do not back up your data/website and whilst every attempt would be made, we cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us.
We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
We do not supply clients with our original artwork. An additional charge will be made to provide these files.
Design work is quoted at our hourly rate.
Where possible we build websites to confirm with web standards. This may not always be possible and we do not guarantee sites will validate. We test with the leading browsers, IE6 and 7, Firefox and Safari. We do not guarentee sites look the same in all browsers/operating systems. Your requirements should be specified BEFORE any work is undertaken.
HTML email is not supported by all email systems and we do not guarantee the code we provide will display correctly in all email clients. Your requirements should be specified BEFORE any work is undertaken.
A full programming specification must be supplied by the client BEFORE any work is undertaken. We accept no responsibility for items not included in the specification. Any programming required that is not in the original specification will be charged at our hourly rate.
Content copyright remains Andrew Revitt unless otherwise specified. Use of this is content is provided under licence for the period specified.
Payment is strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend any services until the outstanding debt is cleared. Any non-payment of a invoice may be subject to a £20 administration charge. The customer is responsible for all money owed from the time it was established.
Hosting and domain name payment is due immediately upon setup.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email in PDF format.
All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling.
Payments should be made by bank transfer - details are supplied on the invoice and should be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
No receipt of payment is issued unless requested.
We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that we may use for the purposes of delivering specific services to you (e.g. hosting).
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material, including graphical images, and the organisation and layout of the site, is owned by Andrew Revitt.
